Ha! Be it resolved not to resolve.
I have those.
My 2015 resolution to work out regularly & lose weight stressed me out so I think I stress snacked & gained weight. My 2016 resolution is to work out regularly & lose weight.
I try to just work with a program. For example, eat right 80% of the time and I will be able to fit into my pants. Study German 5 days a week and eventually little by little it’ll start to stick.
I think I will reach the same target but with less stress than if I created a goal.
I got the idea of doing a program from James Clear. He’s got a pretty good site with excellent tips.
Make resolutions you can stick to. Like eat more chocolate.
It’s a delicate and necessary balance.
I want to vastly diminish my co-ownership of my adult children’s problems.
